Customer Service Specialist

As a customer service specialist at Pockee you will daily deal with the below:

• Consumer queries about Pockee service
• Finding the root causes for a variety of user experience issues
• Working with product teams, providing the 'user advocate' perspective
• Talking to 'Pockee fans' about... well everything!
